Two recent papers on sexually transmitted infections in pediatric age. We report to pediatricians two interesting papers on sexually transmitted infections in pediatric age and adolescence. One about gonorrhoea and Chlamydia, published on Sexually Transmitted Diseases: Partner meeting place is significantly associated with gonorrhea and Chlamydia in adolescents participating in a large high school sexually transmitted disease screening program The second, published on the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy focuses on sexual behaviors among female and male adolescents in northern Italy and their knowledge on sexually transmitted diseases and contraception methods: Impact of School-Based Educational Programs on Sexual Behaviors Among Adolescents in Northern Italy
